AAA Drive Thru Window Tint

Casey nelson 5 months ago

I had my tint installed here about three/ four years ago and was assured at the time that the work came with a lifetime warranty. Recently, I began noticing issues with the rear window tint and returned to the shop seeking assistance. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, I was met with extremely rude and dismissive treatment. Rather than honoring the warranty or even attempting to hel or look, I was essentially told to leave. Very disappointing customer service and a poor way to treat past customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

I had to return multiple times. First, I went because it was a drive in place, something i could do that same day. Twice I was told to go back another day and that they couldn't see me that same day, and they didn't even have a lot of other cars around. There were still air bubbles, and the owner would say that it was only a 'speck'. The last time I returned, he just asked for my keys before I could even state what I felt was wrong with my windows, so how would he fix something if he didn't ask what was wrong?

The two guys who did this were awesome! They explained what they were doing, answered my million questions, and were patient that my one year old was testing his voice (babbling at the top of his lungs). Finally, they added the sticker to remind me not to roll down the windows for 3-5 days….I don’t know if ever place does this but great service is in the details and this place has it down to a science! Thank you.

One of the best places in Killeen! So I’ve taken 3 cars here in the past two years I have been here. They always have good prices on window tint. Good fitment. Has three types of tent company’s 3M, Max Pro Max Jet and SunTek. All come with different warranties coverage. Clean office and work place very professional.
